Overview

SSSOLO is a South Africa–based handcrafted brand. We currently ship within South Africa only.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood this Shipping Policy.


Processing Time

All items are handmade and carefully prepared before dispatch.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page (for made-to-order or bespoke items, processing may take slightly longer).

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery within South Africa

We use reliable courier services such as PUDO or The Courier Guy for deliveries within South Africa.

Estimated delivery time once dispatched is typically 4-7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Incorrect or incomplete delivery details

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate when placing your order.
SSSOLO cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Additional delivery costs will be for the customer's account. 


International orders

SSSOLO currently does not offer international shipping.

If an order is placed from outside South Africa:

  • Any additional costs incurred (including international courier fees, customs duties, taxes, or handling charges) will be for the sole responsibility of the customer, even if these costs were not specified at checkout.

  • SSSOLO reserves the right to cancel and refund the order, or

  • To deem the order invalid if fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

  • International costs incurred on refunds will be deducted from the client's account. 

Customs, duties & third-party charges

SSSOLO is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by third parties, including but not limited to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • International courier charges

  • Handling fees

  • Any other fees not specified here

These are outside of our control and remain the responsibility of the purchaser.


Delivery issues

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier. While we will always assist where possible, SSSOLO cannot be held liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier.
